Chicken Stir Fry Learning how to cook a stir fry is so useful when moving into your own home. It is simple, affordable, packed of vitamins and easy to change to make it just the way you like. Stir fry is perfect for using up vegetables in your fridge, whilst being a brilliant vitamin booster. The recipe I have written up is one of my favourite combinations of veg and chicken, but you could use prawns instead chicken or add peppers instead of carrots. I use a bought sauce from blue dragon, I know that sounds lazy because this is a recipe, but I am writing this blog to simplify cooking, not everyone has time to make teriyaki sauce from scratch so I don’t see the harm in buying a ready-made sauce.
